Today, I’m serving up something adorably delicious — Mini Chocolate Pancakes! These bite-sized treats are not only sweet and fluffy but are also part of my latest Real Miniature Cooking series. If you love tiny kitchens, cute tools, and chocolatey goodness, you’re in for a treat!
🍴 What is Real Miniature Cooking?
For those new to it — miniature cooking is exactly what it sounds like: real food, cooked in teeny-tiny sizes, using mini utensils, stoves, and pans. It’s oddly satisfying, super creative, and perfect for quick, fun recipes. Plus, it’s a great way to relax or get inspired in the kitchen.
🧁 Recipe: Mini Chocolate Pancakes
🛒 Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp milk
- A drop of vanilla essence
- A pinch of salt
- A few mini chocolate chips
- Butter (for greasing the pan)
🧑🍳 Tools:
- Miniature mixing bowl
- Tiny whisk or spoon
- Mini frying pan
- Toy-sized spatula
- Tea candle stove or mini burner

- Mix dry ingredients in your tiny bowl: flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- Add milk and vanilla, stirring gently to make a smooth batter.
- Drop in a few chocolate chips for that melty surprise inside!
- Heat your mini pan and lightly grease it with butter.
- Spoon a tiny amount of batter into the pan and cook for 30–40 seconds each side.
- Stack them up, drizzle with chocolate syrup, and add sprinkles if you’re feeling fancy!
