๐Ÿ”ฌ Bangalore Science Museum Tour | Fun Day with Pari & Priyanshi ๐ŸŽข๐Ÿง  | Visvesvaraya Museum

Hello curious minds and adventure seekers! ๐Ÿ‘‹
Itโ€™s your favorite duo โ€” Pari and Priyanshi โ€” reporting live from one of the most fun + nerdy days ever! ๐Ÿ“ธโœจ

We took a trip to the Visvesvaraya Industrial & Technological Museum in Bangalore โ€” aka the place where science gets cool, gravity gets questioned, and we almost got stuck in a mirror maze (long story, keep reading). ๐Ÿคญ

๐Ÿ›๏ธ What Is This Place?

Located in the heart of Namma Bengaluru, the Visvesvaraya Museum is named after Sir M. Visvesvaraya, one of India’s greatest engineers (aka a real brainiac ๐Ÿง ๐Ÿ’ก). The museum is packed with fun, interactive exhibits on science, technology, space, machines, the human body, and more!

In short: Itโ€™s like Hogwarts for science lovers. โš—๏ธโœจ

๐Ÿงช First Stop: The โ€œFUNโ€damentals of Science

We started with the โ€œFun Scienceโ€ gallery โ€” and it totally lived up to the name.

๐ŸŒ€ We played with mirrors that made us tall, short, and wobbly spaghetti-shaped
๐ŸŽข Tried out spinning platforms and gravity tricks (RIP balance)
โšก Zapped each other (safely!) with a static electricity generator
๐Ÿงฒ Learned how magnets work โ€” no, it’s not magic, itโ€™s physics. Kind of the same thing though. ๐Ÿ˜‰

๐Ÿงโ€โ™€๏ธ The Human Body Gallery โ€“ Pari Turned Doctor?

Okay, not really. But I did poke a giant model of a human brain and pretend to be a surgeon. ๐Ÿง ๐Ÿ”

We learned about:

  • The nervous system
  • How the lungs breathe
  • Why the heart goes dhak-dhak
  • And what happens to your food after you eat it (Priyanshi said โ€œEwwwโ€ at least 7 times)

Also, there was a giant nose that sneezes when you press a button. Who makes this stuff?! We love them. ๐Ÿ˜‚

๐Ÿš€ Space Gallery โ€“ Astronaut Mode: ON ๐ŸŒŒ

If youโ€™ve ever wanted to feel like youโ€™re floating in space (without actually floating in space), this is the place.

We checked out:

  • Satellite models
  • A simulated rocket launch
  • Real-life stories of Indian space heroes like Kalpana Chawla and Rakesh Sharma

Pariโ€™s highlight: Pretending to be an astronaut while spinning wildly in the gyroscope simulator
Priyanshiโ€™s highlight: โ€œNot throwing upโ€ during said simulator. ๐Ÿ˜‚

๐Ÿค– Machines, Engines & Robots โ€“ Engineering Is Awesome

We explored rooms filled with:

  • Giant levers and pulleys
  • Engines that move when you press buttons
  • Mini robot arms and old-school computers

We may or may not have pressed every single button in the room. You’re welcome, science.

๐ŸŽ  Bonus Fun: Mirror Maze & Science Playground

Yes, there’s an actual outdoor play area with science-based games.
And yes, we got lost in the mirror maze. It was like walking through a thousand versions of ourselves. Very confusing. Very Instagram-worthy. ๐Ÿ“ธ

๐Ÿด Final Stop: Snack Break (Obviously)

After learning enough science to feel like Einsteinโ€™s nieces, we grabbed a quick bite at the museum cafรฉ, laughed about our mirror maze panic, and declared this one of our best days ever. ๐ŸŽ‰

๐Ÿ’ก What We Learned:

  • Science is NOT boring. (Especially when youโ€™re pressing buttons.)
  • Learning is way more fun when you can see, touch, and try.
  • Pari and Priyanshi should not be trusted in a mirror maze unsupervised. ๐Ÿ˜…
  • Engineers and scientists are rockstars โ€” literally shaping the world around us.

๐Ÿง  Wanna Visit Too?

๐Ÿ“ Location: Kasturba Road, Bangalore
โฐ Open: 10 AM โ€“ 6 PM (except on public holidays)
๐ŸŽŸ๏ธ Tickets: Super affordable! Totally worth it.

๐ŸŽฌ Final Words from Pari & Priyanshi:

If you ever visit Bangalore, you must add the Visvesvaraya Museum to your list. Whether you’re 6 or 60, youโ€™ll find something to blow your mind โ€” and maybe even inspire your inner genius.

Until our next adventure…
Stay curious, stay awesome!
